In this course, students will learn how to write a compelling Op-Ed. We'll cover how to write a stellar first paragraph (a must have for any Op-Ed), how to build an argument, how to write a solid "to be sure," how to land a powerful close, how and where to submit, and more. The course will be a combination of theory and practice. The goal is for students to leave with all of the elements in place for a publishable Op-Ed.
