Following a student-centered model, young writers will be introduced to a variety of community building games, critical thinking activities, and social-emotional development exercises all through the lens of creative writing. We’ll work together to gain self confidence and have a ton of fun creating original works while learning about the importance of writing and creativity individually and globally. We’ll gather in our beautiful young-writers room and will also venture outside to safely explore where nature meets the urban environment around us. Join our six-week, homeschool-enrichment workshop for a true sense of community and collaboration and leave with a portfolio of new writing.
Parents are invited to find a cozy nook at Lighthouse to hang out while their kids are in workshop.
