Kyle Harris

Kyle Harris is the senior reporter at Denverite and Colorado Public Radio, where he writes about housing, immigration, and how people are surviving in Denver. He’s the former culture editor at Westword, where he explored the city’s arts and music scene. Before that, he covered city and state politics as the managing editor at the Colorado Independent. His reporting has appeared on National Public Radio’s All Things Considered and Morning Edition. Before taking up writing nonfiction, he spent a decade programming and producing documentaries and teaching film studies at Regis University, Colombia College and the Colorado Film School.
