Halley Feiffer is a New York-based writer and actress. Plays include I’m Gonna Pray For You So Hard, How To Make Friends And Then Kill Them, A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Gynecologic Oncology Unit At Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow, and The Pain of My Belligerence. She's a producer on the upcoming Showtime series Kidding, starring Jim Carrey and directed by Michel Gondry. Other television writing credits include Mozart in the Jungle (Amazon), Purity (Showtime), and The One Percent (Starz). She has developed original series with FX and Scott Rudin productions, currently has a pilot in development at TNT, and is developing an original series with Mark Duplass. Acting credits include the Broadway revivals of The Front Page and The House of Blue Leaves, Tigers Be Still, and numerous TV shows and films, including HBO’s Bored To Death, The Squid and the Whale, and He’s Way More Famous Than You, which she also co-wrote. She teaches playwriting at NYU.
